5. Is my data going to be safe with this app?

Yes, we prioritize your privacy and cybersecurity all the way through! All data is encrypted and stored securely. We comply with NIST 2.0 Cybersecurity Framework to make sure that you have base cybersecurity functions.

6. Does Escape share my information with any other Third Parties?

No, we do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent and permission.

Features

7. How will A.I. help me develop a self-care plan?

Our Large Language Model, Lucille, helps you establish what your mood is, how you can be helped holistically, and what the best plan of action would be for you.

8. How do I update my Escape to the latest version?

You can update the app through the App Store or Google Play Store. Ensure that you have the latest version to access all features and improvements.

Escape automatically updates to the new version upon bi-weekly version release.

9. I forgot my password and need it reset. How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and following the displayed instructions.

10. The app is not working properly. How do I get some help?

Try restarting the app or your device. If the problem persists, contact our support team at hello@escapeapp.ai.

Account Management


11. How do I cancel Escape?

To cancel your account, go to the account settings and follow the instructions for account deletion. Note that once your account is gone, it is gone permanently.

12. Are there reviews on the app and can I leave reviews for the app?

Usage

13. How often should I use this app for self-care?

We recommend using the app daily for the best self-care results. You can use it as often as needed based on your self-care routine that you develop through Escape.

14. Is the app still usable offline?

Currently, the app is usable offline, but not the Provider Community.

15. How do I use the Provider Community part of the app? I am very interested in offering my own services.

To use the Provider Community, you would have to first pay for your monthly/yearly subscription and then fill in your details to become an Escape Self-Care Provider on the app. You can find the sign-up to become a provider as soon as you tap the “Community” Icon on the Home Navigation Bar.
